"I paint the meeting place between nature and the human soul— creating space to reconnect, dream, and unfold."

Have you ever stood in front of a tree, or heard a bird sing, and felt — just for a moment — that you were exactly where you were supposed to be?

I think we all carry that longing to feel connected. To feel that we belong.

But we live in a world that makes it easy to forget:

we are not separate from nature. We never were.

We are part of it, just like the flowers and the stars.

And we are here to bloom, in our own time, in our own way.

Connection is what it all comes back to.

To the earth beneath our feet, to ourselves, and to each other.

That's why I make art.

I make it for the ones who feel deeply and are still learning that this is a gift, not a burden.

I want my work to be a portal on your wall.

A reminder that you are held, in every season, through every storm.

That you belong here, exactly as you are.

And that you are allowed to feel completely, fully at home in this world.

About Verena

Verena Wild is a painter, author and illustrator based in Germany. Her intricate acrylic artworks explore the relationship between nature and our inner world.

Before fully dedicating herself to art, she studied Chinese and Social Anthropology and spent extended time traveling through Asia. These experiences continue to shape her perspective and visual language.

Her early fascination with Tibetan Thangka painting led her to approach art not only as a craft, but as a contemplative practice rooted in presence, attention, and devotion.

In 2017, she deepened her painting practice at the Vienna Academy of Visionary Art (VAVA), where she studied with established visionary artists and explored inner imagery through techniques such as meditation and guided visualization.

Across her work, a central theme emerges: the human longing to reconnect—with nature, with oneself, and with a more intuitive way of being.

Her paintings invite the viewer into intricate, colorful, immersive spaces. Places where a sense of connection with nature and our inner world can unfold.
