Symbolism:
A falcon soars through the cycle of life, surrounded by blossoms of spring, the golden sunflowers of summer, the autumn leaves, and the winter snowflakes.
Each season unfolds around the falcon like a flowing spiral, reflecting the rhythm of change we all move through.

The falcon, messenger of clarity and higher vision, reminds us to rise above the moment — to see the greater pattern of our journey, to honour each phase, and to trust the natural flow of beginnings and endings.

This painting embodies freedom, renewal, and the eternal movement of the seasons within and around us.
 
It was created as part of a poetry book about the journey of the four seasons by the Austrian poet Petra Haselwallner, published in German in April 2025.
